Rectangle Select

This tool allows the User to Draw a Rectangle and select all object on the Active layer touched by the Rectangle to be selected.  Please note it is what the rectangle touches. It does not need to be completely drawn around the object you want.

1. Left Click on this tool.

2. Place cursor over map where you want to select. If you just want to select one object just left click once over that object. If you want to select multiple objects at the same time they must be able to be selected by one rectangle that touches all of them at once. If this is not possible you can try the Line or Polygon Select or you may need to build a Complex Query.

3. All selected items will be highlighted in Yellow.
